Here’s how to upgrade the firmware version of the product mikrotik. This method is applicable for almost all products on the market mikrotik.
Check the firmware version of mikrotik:
By using Winbox, go into terminal and type: / system routerboard then enter
shown in the picture, my mikrotik firmware version is 2:33, while the latest firmware version is 2:37.
how to upgrade the firmware version:
1. type in terminal: / system routerboard, then enter
2. after entry into the system routerboard directory, type: upgrade and then enter. select y (yes) to continue the upgrade process
3. wait a few moments to complete mikrotik firmware upgrade process
4. reboot mikrotik
