Restart or reset your device
If your BlackBerry device is running slower than usual or not responding, turning off and turning back on your device might
help to solve the problem.
Do one of the following:
To restart your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. Tap POWER.
To reset your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key for ten seconds.

Your BlackBerry Z30 device password can't be recovered or changed if you don't enter your current password correctly. For security reasons, the only way that you can reset your password without knowing your current password is to delete all of your device data. You can do this by entering an incorrect device password multiple times.
BlackBerry recommends that you regularly create and save a backup file on your computer.
